Objectives
Shaheen Almas Education and Welfare Trust
is committed to uplifting the underprivileged through a range of initiatives designed to provide financial stability, educational opportunities, and welfare support. Our key objectives include:
1. Financial Support:
Providing interest-free loans (Qarz-e-Hasna) and funding to help deserving individuals establish their own businesses and become self-reliant.
2. Empowering Women:
Offering knitting and stitching machines to women to help them earn a livelihood, fostering economic independence and self-sufficiency.
3. Startup Support:
Supplying fully equipped carts with fruits, vegetables, and other goods, as well as providing motorcycles for rickshaw conversions, to encourage small business startups.
4. Monthly Stipends:
Monthly Stipends: Offering financial assistance to deserving families through zakat, helping them meet their basic needs and improve their quality of life.
5. Educational Support:
Covering school fees, books, uniforms, and stationery for deserving or orphaned children, ensuring they have access to quality education and a brighter future.
6. Technology Aid:
Providing laptops to students who require them for their studies, empowering them with the tools needed to succeed academically.
7. Medical Assistance:
Supporting medical treatments and care for those in need, ensuring access to necessary healthcare and improving overall well-being.
8. Religious Support:
Funding the construction of mosques and Imam Bargahs and printing religious books, including the Holy Quran, to promote spiritual growth and community development.
9. Hajj, Umrah, and Ziarat Sponsorships:
Assisting deserving individuals in fulfilling their religious obligations by sponsoring their Hajj, Umrah, and other Ziarat pilgrimages.

Offering free ghusal-e-miyat and kafan arrangements at a state-of-the-art facility in Nishat Colony, Lahore, and covering costs for burial rites, providing dignity in death for those who cannot afford it.

Providing partial support toward tuition fees and living costs for high-achieving students, based on their academic results and the decision of the Trust's Committee, to encourage and reward excellence.
